We can all have fun with different outfits and this event will prove how -  No need to waste money, no need to add more pollution to the world, no need to fall for the con of being pressured to constantly buy new clothes!

The textile industry consumes huge amounts of water, energy and chemicals, and produces serious pollution, especially of rivers and oceans. A lorry-load of used clothing is incinerated or buried in landfill every single second. All to make profits for big clothing business - while making us spend our money and often feel bad for not being "in fashion". This is harmful in so many ways and totally unnecessary. Let's try doing it differently and have fun along the way!
